Couture Palette Collector Fétiche by Yves Saint Laurent

Housed in a biker style, leather case this palette comes with five muted tones of eye shadow, an amazon green, silky brown, intense matt black, pearly camel and a burnt gold. Combine them all for an added dramatic effect.

4 Ombres Poésie by Chanel 

Firstly, the two nude shades smooth over the eyelid for a soft look, with the rosewood color applied to the inner corner to illuminate the eye. Then add the brown pigment with hints of violet, either as a liner or as a solid color for a contrasting look.

Hypnôse Palette Smoky Intense by Lancome

This palette boasts a camouflage style, inspired by the two semi-precious stones malachite and amethyst.  The house's make-up artist Micky, advises applying a dash of bold black liner to emphasise the chic khaki-violet color combination.

Ombre Doux Eclat Trio palette by Shiseido

Three palettes for three fresh looks, thanks to the presence of pastel tones in each one, including rose, lemon, almond and sky, enriched with Super Hydro-Wrap Vitalizing DE, which offers complex smoothing properties.

Extravagancia palette by Givenchy

For Nicolas Degennes, creative director of make-up and colors atGivenvchy, the idea behind this palette was to echo the beauty of nature. With the leafy patterned logo on the case, a combination of three purple tones, and a gold shade he does just that. To complete the look, he suggests pairing it with a subtle pink lip color.

Eyeshadow Palette Fade to Grey by Giorgio Armani Beauty

Sweet Sixties

Twiggy, Penelope Tree and Jane Birkin were on the minds of designers at Gucci, Saint Laurent and Louis Vuitton this season. Mini-skirts, trapeze dresses, patent Mary-Janes, graphic bobs and pastel colors paid tribute to the baby doll style, presenting a fresh, carefree take on the Swinging Sixties London.

All over knits

One of the most prominent trends for Winter was the comfortingly soft, full look in wool, as seen at Stella McCartney, Marc Jacobs and Céline. This trend works best in neutral tones.

Eccentric furs

Reinterpreted at Alexander McQueen, Fendi, Roberto Cavalli, Chloé, Pucci and Versace, this indispensable winter classic became extraordinary: wild influences, patchwork effect and flashes of vibrant red updated the rules of the classic and eternal fur coat.

XXL coats

An eternal classic, the ¾ length coat cut a longer length this season. The men's overcoat seen at Dior took on a feminine look at Céline with elegant white buttons and a defined waist, while Lanvin made the piece sing in a full black look.

Goldmine

Gold took to the spotlight as it cascaded across the Fall/Winter 2014-2015 runways. Making audiences want to hit the dance floor, the gold rush trend was seen at Saint Laurent, Prada, Chloé and Moschino.

Night birds

The couture touch of ostrich feathers graced ready-to-wear runways this season. Soft and light, the plumes added a touch of refined elegance to each silhouette, floating breezily down the runway, as light as the wings of a bird.

Sportswear

From Fendi to Miu Miu, the athletic esthetic continued to inspire designers this season, seen both in fleece and mesh fabrics in a red, blue and black palette, each item brought a cool, dynamic sportswear vibe to the runway.

Fairytales

From Little Red Riding Hood, to Snow White and the Queen of Hearts, Fall/Winter 2014-2015's collections were dreamy and imaginative. Poetic silhouettes made of delicate fabrics and precious embroidery were a homage to some of the most famous fairytales. The trend was seen at Dolce & Gabbana, Alexander McQueen and Valentino.

Tailoring

This winter, suits take on a masculine edge, as girls walked the runway in boyfriend-borrowed ensembles. The trend for classically tailored suits was seen at Haider Ackermann, Hermès and Ralph Lauren.

Military khaki

It's time to step in line as military hit the runway for Fall/Winter 2014-2015. With khaki as the dominating color, the rules and rigor of the army captured designers' attention, inspiring a fashion soldier's uniform of stricter silhouettes and structured looks.

Duvet coats

For Fall/Winter 2014-2015, quilting is no longer just a feature on bags and leather goods. Worn as a coat, upholstery-style fabric enveloped feminine silhouettes in a cozy cocoon, fashionable protection against sub 32°F temperatures.

Aspen chic

The Seventies cult argyle sweater has made its big return this season on the Fall/Winter 2014-2015 runways, updated to suit both the city and the mountain. Louis Vuitton paired the classic piece with a Sixties leather skirt, whilst Maison Martin Margiela cinched it with a skinny belt, and Tommy Hilfiger featured fringe detailing.

Second skin

Shearling made its comeback for Winter 2014 as this season's must-have piece. The truly wintery trend was shown in cuddly, soft silhouettes, with an ethnic vibe at Burberry or pop feel at Prada.

Optical monochrome

Black and white went graphic on the runway, as designers presented intricately geometric patterns, Rorschach-style motifs and trompe l'œil effects. The prints of the season created hypnotic images and optical illusions.

Poncho

An iconic piece of folk style, the poncho was a key garment on the Burberry, Etro and Roberto Cavallirunways. Roberto Cavalli presented a sophisticated look in monochrome with a fur hood, whilst at Burberryand Etro they hung nonchalantly over models' shoulders like a chic blanket.

Sixties prints

An echo to the arty trend seen on the Spring/Summer 2014 runways, Sixties prints are back for Winter, updated with a modern twist. Prada and Chloé showed silk dresses entirely in vintage prints, while Valentino chose psychedelic accents for a true Sixties feel, that was nothing if not vibrant.

Capes

Whether scarlet, embroidered with pearls or delicate designs, paired with a fur hood, or straight from Grimm's Fairy Tales, the cape is the outerwear piece of choice for Fall/Winter 2014. It provides an alluring cocoon with echoes of the fairytale trend, seen at Valentino and Dolce & Gabbana.

Velvet night

Shimmering, silky velvet was used as never before this season, creating an androgynous pajama-style suit, and Sixties-inspired dresses. On the runway, the fabric brought a soft halo to each piece as it caught the light, for a sensual feel.

Feline femininity

“This world without leopard…I mean, who would want to be here?" Diana Vreeland famously exclaimed about this eternal symbol of femininity and uninhibited sensuality. Still making fashion roar today, it was found on the runways at Giorgio Armani, Céline and Givenchy.

Singing in the rain

Miu Miu, Balenciaga and Sacai reinvented the rain coat, providing waterproof parkas for winter downpours. With either a Sixties feel, sportswear vibe or covered in fur, this trend will add a touch of magic and excitement to the rain.

That ends the 20 Fall/Winter 2014-2015 fashion trends by Vogue Paris. There are places who doesn't have the Fall and Winter season. Travel: Bangkok, Thailand

After attending the AMF2013, me together with my family stayed a couple of days in Bangkok, Thailand to do some sight seeing.

Bangkok & Chiang Mai, Thailand 2013 (Family Vacation & 52ndAMF)

July or August is the month that I always look forward to since I started attending the Asian Mission Forum last 2012. Why? Because I get to travel overseas with my family. That includes my Grandparents, my Dad's brother and now, also brother's girlfriend which started attending just last year 2013. This yearly trip-I hope so-is not only a family vacation where we just chill at the hotel, eat some good food, stroll around or swim in the pool. It also involves spiritual activities for spiritual growth. We get to meet new people and make new friends all over the world. We get to hear good and encouraging messages from Keynote speakers and we get to attend breakout classes which we can also learn a lot. Asian Mission Forum is an event or conference we attend every year where all missionaries all over Asia meet up and have fellowship. Now a days, not only Asian missionaries attend but also their families, friends, church members and even interns from Christian schools in the US also attend this conference. 

Well because me and my family get to travel overseas for the AMF-yes we do like traveling-me and my family do a lot of sight seeing, local food tasting, and all those touristy stuff. Ya know what I mean. :) Me and mom likes to try new things, do new things and see new things. So my mom usually do the planning, like where to go, where to eat, etc.. etc.. 

Last Asian Mission Forum 2013-I know... Sorry for posting so late-we went to Thailand. AMF was held in Chiang Mai for 5 days. We also stayed a couple of days in Bangkok before we flew back to the Philippines. It was my first time in Thailand which made the trip more exciting. Excitement to see Thailand was the best feeling to cover up my post-terrible-breakup-syndrome at that time. Thailand was beautiful. The malls were huge and some were cool looking. The traffic in Bangkok was like in EDSA, Philippines and for me I think it was worse. But what I love the most was the food. Pad Thai!!! Writing this and remembering the authentic Pad Thai just made me drool. :)) I had so much fun in Thailand with my awesome family. Don't you just love traveling with your family? I DO! Nothing beats that! There were still a lot of things in Thailand that I was not able to do though like riding an elephant, trying the Thailand beaches-I they're beautiful too-the floating market, watch live Muai Thai fight and visit some other cool temples. If given the chance to go back to Thailand again, I would.
